Important information about our cancellation, shipping, and returns policies

Cancellation Policy

Custom Special-Order Rugs: Made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order will not qualify for any refund or cancellation.

Stock Rugs: If canceled after 48 hours, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and only a Designer Rug Studio store credit toward a new selection.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Options: You have the option of drop ship or white glove delivery.

Shipping Timeline: All rugs ship from the distribution center within 5 to 10 days to Miami.

Delivery Scheduling: Once they arrive at the Miami hub, you will be contacted to schedule delivery within 48 hours. Delivery includes transportation and setup.

Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee: At Designer Rugs Studio, we guarantee the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

Defect Reporting: If the product you receive has a defect, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of receipt.

Required Information: The notification must include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the defect. All information must be sent to info@designerrugsstudio.com.

Product Condition: The product must be kept in its original packaging and remain unused.

Review Process: Once we receive and review your notification, our team will assess the case to determine if the product is eligible for a replacement.

Time Limit: After 48 hours from receipt, a request for an exchange due to defects cannot be processed.

Exchange Eligibility: All exchanges are eligible for return only if the item was damaged during delivery or has a defect.
