Terms and Conditions
Custom special-order rugs made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order will not qualify for any refund or cancellation. Stock rugs, if canceled after 48 hours, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and only a Designer Rug Studio store credit toward a new selection.
Shipping Policy
You have the option of drop ship or white glove delivery. All rugs ship from the distribution center within 3 to 5 days to Miami. Once they arrive at the Miami hub, you will be contacted to schedule delivery within 48 hours. Delivery includes transportation and setup.
Returns Policy
At Designer Rugs Studio, we guarantee the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If the product you receive has a defect, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of receipt. The notification must include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the defect. All information must be sent to the email info@designerrugsstudio.com. The product must be kept in its original packaging and remain unused. Once we receive and review your notification, our team will assess the case to determine if the product is eligible for a replacement. After 48 hours from receipt, a request for an exchange due to defects cannot be processed. All exchanges are eligible for return only if the item was damaged during delivery or has a defect.
