Eligibility
To qualify, you must provide one of the following:
- A valid resale certificate or tax ID
- Business license showing a trade or design-based business
- Membership in a design or trade association (ASID, IDS, etc.)
Order & Payment Terms
- Orders must be prepaid via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal
- Lead times vary by stock: in-stock ships in 3–5 business days; custom rugs may take 10–18 weeks
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Domestic and international shipping available
- Drop shipping to your clients directly – no need to carry inventory
Return Policy
- All sales are final for wholesale orders unless damaged or defective
- Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt with photos
