4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • You have the choice of drop ship or white glove delivery.
  • All rugs ship from distribution center within 3-5 days to Miami .
    Once at Miami hud  you will be contacted to scheduled delivery within 48hrs.

5. White Glove Delivery

  • Consist of delivery and set up.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Stock items once shipped from warehouse are not subject to cancellation.
  • All exchanges are eligible returns only if item was damage on delivery or has any defect.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, as detailed in our Defective Product Policy. Failure to do so within this period may result in the inability to process a claim.
