At Designer Rugs Studio, we guarantee the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If the product you receive has a defect, please follow these steps:

Notification: You must notify us of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product. The notification should include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the defect.


Information Submission: All information must be sent to the email address info@designerrugsstudio.com.
Product Conditions: The product must remain in its original packaging and without additional use.


Case Evaluation: Once we receive and review your notification, our team will analyze the case to determine if the product is eligible for a replacement.
Claim Period: After 48 hours from receipt, a defect-related replacement request cannot be processed.
