- Standard Dropshipping: Orders for rugs up to 8x10 will be shipped using our standard dropshipping method. This option offers reliable delivery within a reasonable time frame.
- White Glove Delivery: For rugs larger than 8x10, we provide White Glove Delivery, a premium service that ensures careful handling and delivery to your desired location. Our team will contact you to schedule the delivery and make all necessary arrangements.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Custom or made-to-order rugs may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for more details.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
- Florida Deliveries: Standard dropshipping orders within Florida typically arrive within 5-10 business days. White Glove Delivery timelines will vary based on the delivery location and coordination details.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
- White Glove Delivery fees will be calculated separately, and additional charges may apply for oversized items or remote locations.
5. Delivery and Receipt
- For White Glove Delivery, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time. This service includes unpacking, inspecting, and placing the rug in the desired location. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
- For standard dropshipping, packages will be delivered to your shipping address, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the United States, specifically focusing on deliveries within Florida. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package.
8. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or holiday rush periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
